Our Story
Company and Brand
NEW GLATEC Co., Ltd. is the legal entity registered in Taiwan as 巧新有限公司. NRG Glass is its laboratory glassware trading brand.
Manufacturing Heritage
The business traces its glass-instrument work to Guang Ming Glass Instrument Co., founded in 1970 to produce glass hydrometers and thermometers. The company was reorganized as NEW GLATEC Co., Ltd. in 1990.
Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Custom Review
Direct manufacturing, complementary labware sourcing, and custom specification requests are separate service paths. Product origin, material, dimensions, and other requirements are confirmed at product or quotation level.
History
1970
Founded Guang Ming Glass Instrument Co.; began production of glass hydrometers and thermometers.
Launched “Shin Kong Instruments” as a retail distribution channel.
1990
Reorganized as NEW GLATEC Co., Ltd.; expanded production to China.
2011
Expanded into kitchen and tabletop glassware.
